Main responsibilities:
- monitor the activities of the department
- create reports and presentations as required
Specific responsibilities:
- check the import documentation
- coordinate the transit operations
- check and confirm the import (invoices, DVI< goods)
- monitor picking up of goods and deliveries
- inventory, stock conciliation
- verify invoices for logistics services

- University degree in Economics or Technical area
- 1 year experience in Logistics would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Very good PC skills; ERP is an advantage
- Open to lern and to adapt to new situations
