¿ Effectively organize the Raw Materials and Import Export activities
¿ Ensure that the Raw Materials and Import Export activities comply with all current Romanian legislation
¿ Solve problems or issues that relate to the warehousing and logistics functions
¿ Manage, coach, develop staff in the departments
¿ Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and ensure the subordinates participate in their implementation
¿ Ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
¿ Review and update warehouse and import export procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Raw Materials
¿ Maintain the Raw Material warehouse manual current at all times (monitor relevance of items it includes, proposing the additions, deletion or amendment of specific topics).
¿ Coordinate and facilitate the liaison between Import Export and Raw Materials department and other company departments in the group (e.g. accounting, London MX, etc.), including information sharing, joint problem solving, etc.
¿ Ensure Fabric and Trimmings reception and storage, accurate and on time.
¿ Maintain accurate stock figures at all times
¿ Ensure the preparation of dockets accurately and on time.
¿ Coordinate the sending of fabric and trims to all factories.
Import Export
¿ Monitor and advise the company on changes to customs laws and legislation

¿ Higher education
¿ Knows and understands Import and Export Laws and Legislation, warehousing and logistics principles
Strong management experience
¿ English
