Collecting and analysing all data necessary to monitor the performance of the logistics activities versus targets;
Preparing all kinds of analysis as requested, including accurate weekly and monthly reports, presentations and/or charts and submitting them to Management team, as appropriate;
Identifying, consolidating and proposing actions to up-grading/replacing the existing systems, to improve the efficiency of the logistic activities;
Monitoring stock levels for all depots in the country;
Participating in departmental budget building and keeping close control on expenses, to ensure they are within approved limits;
Leading various projects assigned to the Logistics department;
In cooperation with the Logistics Manager keeping abreast of all priorities and needs, to ensure that logistic activities are aligned with the company’s requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economic Science or Engineering;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent English knowledge.
