Reporting to the Logistics and Crisis Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the follow-up and analysis of the Logistics Department key performance indicators and assisting in the optimization of all projects within the department. More specifically he/she will:
- Collect and analyze all data necessary to monitor the performance of the logistics activities versus targets;
- Prepare all kinds of analysis as requested, including accurate weekly and monthly reports, presentations and/or charts and submit them to Management team, as appropriate;
- Identify, consolidate and propose actions to up-grading/replacing the existing systems, to improve the efficiency of the logistic activities;
- Monitor stock levels for all depos in the country;
- Participate in departmental budget buiding and keep close control on expenses, to ensure they are within approved limits;
- Lead various projects assigned to the Logistics department;
- In cooperation with Logistics & Crisis Manager keep abreast of all priorities and needs, to ensure that logistic activities are aligned with company’s requirements.
University degree in Economic Science or Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position or as a Warehouse Leader;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously;
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and functions in the organization;
- Must be a self starter and require minimal daily directions;
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent English knowledge
