• Assist DSC Segment Field Planners and support the field orders review, the order approval process and the smooth delivery of DSC items
• Monitor DSC Catalogs and upload required changes
• Assist Segment Field Planner with Field Order Reviews, including the DSC Global Excess catalog and ensure resulting DSOH at location level is below target
• Raise to the segment field planner exceptional pending field orders to arbitrate
• Monitor all Field Orders supplied from DSC Stock to ensure timely allocation and are transmitted all the way through to the supplier MRP system.
• Look out for FMT opportunities for all the field orders, wherever possible.
• Manage proper communication flow with DSC HLS to ensure fast pickup and delivery
• Efficiency improvement suggestions to the segment planners.
• Support the DSC replenishment planner and expedite with Product Centers servicing the DSC
• Monitor DSC incoming replenishment orders and make sure the replenishment orders are transmitted all the way through to the supplier MRP system.
• Monitor ALL Field orders (BTS/BTO) to relevant Product Centers and follow-up on delays and critical orders
• Work closely with DSC HLS on orders ready for pickup at Product Centers
• Efficiency improvement suggestions to the segment planners.
• Monthly Clean-up of GOLD mfg-pro so that it is in sync with the SWPS and EMS mfg-pro
• Record BTO vs BTS orders for input to improve
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform special projects as & when assigned.
Adecco Professional Placement & Executive Search is looking for a Logistics Analyst (DSC analyst) to join the Distribution Service Center of one of the biggest services and technology providers for Oil & Gas companies.
The Distribution Service Center analyst is assisting the segment/replenishment planners to ensure timely delivery of field orders and to align field and DSC replenishment with company directions. Assist in optimizing and supporting the field and DSC processes and systems.
Education/Experience: Master Degree
