- Evaluate on a daily basis the full pipeline stock, as per actual distribution model, having as main purpose to identify the critical situation;
· Stock Management /prepares reports in order to provide information based on supervisor guideline;
· Ensures daily transfers of the finished goods, in actual push model, from the production centers agreed by PMI;
· EMCS (excise movement control system - used by all the countries in EU and monitored by Custom Authority representatives of each country) system update, stock transfer orders placed into the SCIPIO system;
· SAP P1 transaction correctly updated/PO – purchase orders placed/other transactions;
· Introduces Marketing projects information in the global system SCIPIO, in order to make visible the changes;
· It is back up for other his/her colleagues involved in Supply chain process.
