• Ensuring the correct and on-time deliveries to end customers and channel partners within the existing logistics network and processes, as well as channel returns
• Aiming at achieving highest external and internal customer satisfaction
• Interfacing with internal logistics functions and external Logistics Service providers
• Daily supervision of the delivery performance
• Operational support for Order Admin for logistics processes
• First contact for incident management
• Incidents handling and related performance monitoring for shipments in transit
• First entry point for country specific escalations
• Linkage to Vendor Management to resolve/manage escalations
• Supporting new Supply Chain and GTM developments
• Execution and approval of special deliveries
• Reverse Logistics monitoring
• Claims validation
• Produces on recurrent basis reports & metrics to track & measure the performance
• Ensures timeliness of report delivery and systematically performs quality checks
• Provides support to report users on report content and functionalities
• Keeps a pro-active and sufficient level of communication on report availability and features with the business contacts; provides training on using the report if needed
• Assists the business in defining & implementing new metrics
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Logistics and Transportation;
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
• Customer oriented behavior;
• Good technical understanding of reporting or data base management ;
• Very good collaboration and team work, both in a f2f and virtual environment;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written: ability to structure, analyze and present information in a summarized fashion;
• Structured thinking, ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions;
