1. Performing custom clearance formalities and transit formalities;
2. Issuing invoices according to the contract clauses and terms;
3. Preparing daily report of shipments;
4. Tracking and monitoring international shipments;
5. Keep contact with local customs authorities and brokers;
6. Informing customers about goods arrival;
7.Keep contact with HQ in China about all international shipments and afferent logistic partners;
8. Arranging local transportation from customeres to warehouse and from warehouse to site;
9. Informing in time the warehouse about goods arrival;
10. Issuing weekly report about invoices and payments related to logistic services and hand over to financial department the related documents for payment.
- Bachelor degree in Economics ( International Trade or Commercial)/Commercial law degree are preferred;
- Fluent in English , both : verbal and writing;
- Strong logistics knowledge;
- Working experience in export - import fild/ custom clearance/ international transportation is a plus;
- Strong sense of cost saving and secrecy;
- Good international understanding and capability of coordination;
- Excellent communication skills with various departments;
- Always welcome challenges,ready to take more resposabilities;
- Honest, loyal to company responsible and principle oriented;
Other requirements:
- Good coordination and management ability;
- Self-motivated, team-oriented;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Working experience : 5 years in above related experience
