- Monitors inventory operations
- Monitors shipments and transfer operation
- Follows up on shipment procedures
- Controls shipment
- Coordinates with warehouses all issues related to shipments and orders
- Performs reconciliation between inventory and accounting evidence
- Performs monthly inventory closings and analyses of results
- Provides support to warehouse for all inventories
- Generates, controls and updates all inventory relevant reports
- University degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- 3 years experience in shipping & receiving, inventory management.
- Strong command in written and spoken English; German and French is a plus
- Computer literate, inventory, stock and accounting programs are a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
