For our client, a multinational company from the manufactured ceramic and porcelain tile materials field, we are looking for a Logistic Responsible.
The future candidate will have to:
- to evaluate the orders of the clients;
- to consult the orders with our factory in terms of the production;
- monitor the transport and the transfer transactions;
- follow up on all transports procedures;
- control transports and clearance invoices to double check on existing offers;
- follow up on all export procedures and transport returns to franchiser;
- coordinate with stores and warehouses all issues related to transports and orders;
- prepare tracking reports for all transports and solves problems with forwarders, suppliers and clients.
We are looking for a person that should have:
- minimum 2 years experience in the logistic field;
- very good command of English language (Hungarian represents an advantage)
- good PC skills ( Office);
- open-minded, organized and with good communication skills.
