RESPONSABILITATI

Reports directly to General Manager.
Manages activities covering warehousing, after sales organizing, transportation and developing the logistic distribution network.
Develops and implements new, innovative services and programs in order to achieve objectives.
- Provides strategic and operational direction to multiple line operating units such as after-sales, warehousing and transportation.
- Evaluates results within business units to determine if organizational objectives are being met.
- Establishes and coordinates responsibilities and procedures among subordinate divisions and departments.
Directs and administers the line operating units of the business:
* Develops and maintains a sound plan of corporate organization.
* Analyzes operating results of business and its units versus approved plans and objectives.
* Takes adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance.
* Resolves conflicts between operating units and line/staff departments.
* Ensures that plans and policies are understood and administered by the middle management team.
* Uses strategic objectives as basis for establishing performance measures and incentive programs for management team.
* Directs acquisition, retention and continuing development of key human resources throughout operating units.
* Ensures establishment of recruiting, training and development programs, performance management and reward systems to attain the highest level of productivity for long-range success.
* Establishes and maintains effective systems of inter-departamental communications and with subordinated employees.


CERINTE

Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, sales or marketing; advanced degree in business or its equivalent is an advantage
Experience in IT market or FMCG
Experience in a similar position – minimum 3 years
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively direct the company\'s logistic operations in order to maximize revenues and profits
Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
PCs, and various software applications. SAP – advantage
English - very good
