For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the industrial halls construction field, we are looking for a Logistic Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Administrating all the imported goods;
- Pursuing with accuracy the transportation diagram;
- Communicating with the persons in charge with the customs formalities;
- Making VAT payments for the customs;
- Keeping primary accountancy evidence, registering deductions, consuming bills, cash books, invoices.
- High school diploma or University degree;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- Responsible, organized, efficient person.
