Job scope:
-To ensure the follow-up and analysis of Logistic Department key performance indicators and to assist in the optimization projects at the department level.
Job responsibilities:
- Updates the databases needed for periodical performance reports.
- Follows up the evolution of the logistics KPI¿s, identifies and analyses the reasons of its alternation related to the agreed targets.
- Follows up and estimates the logistics costs (warehouse, transport and distribution) in order to elaborate the department expanses report.
- Assists in the optimization projects at department level
Education:
- Economical or technical university degree.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar position for minim 1 year.
Competencies:
- Analytical thinking & details conscious;
- Energy and passion for reaching objectives;
- Numerical & verbal abilities;
- Flexible;
- Very good communication skills;
The Logistics Analyst should be:
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Capable of working as well within a team as individually;
- PC skills :Microsoft Office (high level); SAP would be an advantage
- Languages:English language ¿ medium level
