Check orders received and validate them for shipping;
Process logistic administration in close relation with the customer ;
Process and maintain the order with the customer;
Collect customer claims and keep track of corrective actions;
Keep customers updated on schedules, order status and product compatibility;
Establish a full file for all our clients.
Ability to comply with procedures, sales regulations and company policies with regard to customers;
Minimum 2 year of experience in logistics or supply environment;
Business graduate, engineer or similar higher education;
Fluent in English language.
