A CHAIN OF FRENCH BRASSERIES IN THE UK ARE LOOKING FOR CHEFS
An internationally renowned group of traditional French brasseries are looking to recruit.
The client is looking for chefs at all levels (with a minimum of two years relevant experience).
The client has 30 brasseries, mainly based across Southern England, with a rapid expansion plan & is looking to recruit both immediately and during the rest of 2016.
Our client is offering and indefinite contract after a trial period of 3 months.
Chefs will be expected to work 8 shifts a week, each shift lasts 6 hours.
Chefs will have 2 days off a week.

All candidates MUST have some level of English.
Fluent English is preferred, however, consideration will be given to those with basic English.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
The salaries are as follows:
* Commis: £18,000 gross / year + tips
* Demi Chef de Partie: £19,000 gross / year + tips
* Chef de Partie: £20,000 gross / year + tips
* Sous chef: £24,000 gross / year + tips
