Main purpose of the job:
To act as internal consultants, providing business process expertise on our complex business project: GLOBE - Global Business Excellence.
To identify causes and to implement solutions to business problems in a multifunctional project, to asset and communicate issues of technology impact on the business.
To be part of the implementation team of SAP and other complementary software packages
Responsibilities:
As a member of the project team, provide business expertise within the assigned area in the analysis, design and development of business applications;
Provide business consulting support on projects or system issues;
Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions
Participate with other team members, customers and other stakeholders in new product reviews, tests and pilot.
Competence area:
Provide business analysis and programming expertise within an assigned business unit/area, usually as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design and development of SAP or complementary applications
Formulate and define application scope and objectives and devise/modify procedures to solve business problems
Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, and design, code, test, debug, and document programs
Lead small projects or regularly coach other project personnel to ensure business application systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices
SQL, VBA, MsAccess mandatory ¿ ABAP programming knowledge is an important plus
2-3 years experience within the requested business area
PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
English proficiency
Experience of working in projects
SAP work experience is a plus, but is not mandatory
Availability to travel to Bucharest, during the project, for those based in Timisoara
Strong business knowledge and usage of appropriate information systems supporting tools
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Very good teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well on cross-functional teams
