RESPONSABILITATI

The License Management Services (LMS) Team has the responsibility to assure compliance of our customers and partners regarding their utilization and distribution of ORACLE software products. This is delivered in various programs, solutions & tools by field consultants spread among various countries. The License Management consultants in the field are assisted & supported by the LMS Service Center. This position will provide support for the field LMS organizations in performing research and analysis on license positions for Oracle’s customers and partners.

SCOPE:

- Reports to the LMS License Inventory Manager;
- Ownership of objectives of LMS Service Center team agreed with LMS Service Center Manager and LMS Management Team;
- Has no direct reports
- Delivery of support to License Management Consultants in EMEA, North America, JAPAC and LAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting license inventories;
- Providing Reconciliation Service for both partner and Customer reports, recording, documenting and analysing the data gathered;
- Generating additional reports as required by the LMS Service Center Manager;
- Acting as an analytical expert;
- Develop comprehensive & accurate research of customer contracts on Imaging Process Management, Installed Base, and OKS (Reports & Original Paperwork);
- Provides front line support to the Global LMS team members;
- Familiarity with basic license management technical tools and processes;
- Have a good understanding of Oracle technology;
- Be knowledgeable with Oracle’s business practices and the current licensing metrics;
- Work with global LMS team members on various involvement functions;
- Work with RSC technical team for defining technical requirements in order to automate the current activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ownership of quality & success of LMS Service Center Deliver on time and accurate licensing data for LMS purposes.
- Works on specific license management related projects as agreed with manager
- Own and Drive the resolution of any issues as required
- Maintain an update knowledge of relevant Oracle products, practices and procedures
- Operate in line with Oracle’s processes and procedures.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills across international locations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet;
- Strong documentation & communication skills;
- Be able to work both independently and in team environment;
- Excellent research skills and ability to resolve complex problems;
- Experience in dealing with customer contracts is desirable;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Solid analytical and decision making skills;
- Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus;
- A degree in computer science or economical field is desirable.
