Represents the company in court;
Ensures that relevant business areas conduct their business in accordance with all applicable laws and procedures (Compliance & litigations);
Keeps abreast of relevant statutory legislation and regulatory requirements;
Fills out legal forms and gets them agreed by government offices, interview clients and draft clauses for contracts;
Assists prosecuting or defense lawyers in court and arranges for the attendance of witnesses at court;
Manages the registered Company mark portfolio;
Provides assistance with regard to tenders organized by the Company or by public authorities (concession agreements, lease and free use agreements of public owned property);
Represents the Company in the relation with third parties ??? auditors, external counsels and firms, regulatory bodies, state authorities;
Ensures that all legal activity complies with the Company???s policies and procedures and the Romanian legal framework.
At least 2 years of experience, fully qualified with Bucharest Bar;
Experience in litigations;
In depht knowledge of civil and criminal procedure;
Good drafting and negotiation skills;
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
Fluency in English;
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.
