- representing legal interests in court of law and in front of other public authorities
- drawing up legal papers for the trial courts activities
- Preparing internal documents related to litigation matters
- Providing legal opinion related to all disciplinary inquiries
- Examining the commercial material for legal implications
- Developing strategies around lawsuits
- Advising the corporation concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges
+ 2 years experience as a definitive lawyer
- Graduate of a leading university, - Member of the Bar
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and European law
- Advanced English
- Very good negotiation skills
- PC literate
- experience in court representation procedures
