• Responding to client enquiries by email and phone
• Preparing quotations
• Recruiting teachers
• Organising and coordinating courses
• Reporting to management


CERINTE

Requirements /Essential Criteria :

Skills:
-Speak and write English fluently and preferably speak at least one other language
-Have an excellent phone manner
-Have excellent PC (Office, spreadsheet and internet) skills

Knowledge and experience:
-Have proven customer service experience
-Have a university degree
-Have experience working in an international team

Behavioural competencies:

Desirable:
-Have experience working in educational environment
Salary: $USD650 per month
Hours / Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm, one hour for lunch 20 days paid holiday plus public holidays
Starting date: Immediately
