RESPONSABILITATI

The primary objective of the catalog operations team is to create, maintain and publish catalogs for the company's direct customers. Catalogs are the key vehicle for customers to view company’s offer to them, and to place orders through e-business capabilities. Therefore, the catalogs have a critical impact on customers’ experience, and their ability to conduct business with the company.

The Life Cycle and Content Administrator is fully accountable for:
-Prepare weekly files for import into application
-Run weekly imports into Gandalf Tool and report to application asset operational and program owners weekly status
-Ensuring daily running of reports out of application;
-Ensuring weekly and bi-weekly running of PLC reports out of application;
-Report and analyze weekly difference reports out of application;
-Report and analyze weekly Red Line statistics reports out of application;
-Build weekly Grid Report out of application and build list of Unique SKUs which are present in the deals based on the Grid;
-Maintain weekly report on special with its respective lifecycle and report monthly status to Content Management Team
-Monitor Special rich content requests made to Content Management Team;
-Work closely with process engineers and define together metrics to track Rich Content availability;


CERINTE

-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
-Previous business experience (1-3 years).
Essentials
-Business understanding and sense of Customer satisfaction, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Interest in Computer tools, rigor in execution.
-Good ability to interact with multi-organization team.
-Strong autonomy and pro-activeness.
-Willingness to work in a team and ability to involve organization counterparts.
Preferred
-Previous experience includes different business admin functions with direct customer impact, ideally include Sales and/or IT.
-Generic understanding of catalog design and architecture.
