RESPONSABILITATI

We are currently looking for a person who will have the reponsibility for LMS services in Romania, South East Europe and Turkey. You should have experience as a sales representative or be attracted to the profession, know something about Oracle¿s line of products and have knowledge of financial issues.
Your assignment will be to ensure that Oracle¿s customers are correctly licensed. You will work closely with the license sales personnel and visit customers to establish the usage of Oracle software. You will work a lot with customers and must be able to communicate with the financial as well as with the IT management.
You will be a part of the EU & ECE License Management Services (LMS) Group, reporting internationally in your line of business and locally into business and Finace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acting as the expert in Oracle Licence management and compliance
- If teamleading, supervision providing guidance and assistance to ensure objectives are achieved
- Identifying and evaluating the merits of conducting a review of a customer and gaining approval from the relevant account manager and LMS Manager
- Working with the customers/partners to identify the key people to work with and the relevant sites to review
- Measuring the usage of Oracle products/applications etc using the relevant analytical tools and license metrics
- Expert working knowledge of LMS technical tools and processes
- Recording, documenting and analysing the data gathered
- Producing formal written review reports & assists sales in closing possible review finds
- Generating additional reports as required by the LMS Manager including for example monthly and quarterly reports
- Articulating Oracle¿s licensing practices to both internal and external parties
- Contributing to the ongoing development and knowledge sharing within the extended LMS group through regular discussion and feedback
- Working closely with Licence, presales, finance, Oracle Direct, Support, ieBC, support sales, contract specialist, licence representatives, business practices, revenue recognition.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Research and analyse Oracle customers within the designated segments or assigned countries
- Contributes to LMS activity plan for segments and countries
- Works on specific licence management related projects as agreed with manager
- Ownership of the licence review process from initiation to closure working at all levels within the customer and Oracle
- Own and Drive the resolution of any issues as required
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products, practices and procedures
- Present, create case studies, update the LMS website and write other documentation as required
- Operate in line with Oracle¿s processes and procedures


CERINTE

- Minimum of 2 years career experience (customer focussed/IT industry an advantage)

- At least three years of experience from the IT business, preferably from the technical commercial side

- Familiarity with Oracle products and/or services gained from an Oracle environment is desirable

- University Degree standard (or equivalent)

- Fluency in English
