Adobe is looking to grow its License Compliance team in the Sales Finance organization to expand its License Compliance Program initiative worldwide. This position is part of the License Compliance Support Team which supports approximately 20 team members throughout Europe. This exciting fast-paced environment is ideal for the self-motivated individual who continually strives to succeed in what he or she does, while being constantly challenged.
Responsibilities:
This job is data analysis intense. The position is responsible for creating license entitlement reports for compliance reviews and sales enablement deals; pulling all customer purchase history from various Adobe licensing systems, analyzing the data, and reconciling purchased licenses, upgrades, and maintenance coverage.
You will work directly with Adobe license compliance field reps located throughout EMEA to clarify report requirements and specify timelines for completion. The team will eventually also begin analyzing customer software installation data and creating a reconciliation report between what has been purchased and what has been installed. Microsoft Excel is used to analyze the data including tools like: existing macros and templates.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with other team members located around the world, as well as within our Romania location, while also being able to work as an individual contributor. This position will be based in Romania and may require travel to attend team conferences and/or training.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is required;
* 1-2 years of relevant work experience in performing license and data analysis;
* Knowledge of MS Excel is essential (specifically pivot tables, vlookup, and functions)
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (French, German or any other Nordic language is a plus)
* Accuracy is essential for this position as the team is responsible for providing very important, detailed data for our largest customers. The license compliance team relies on this data in order to complete their tasks and job functions.
* Strong analytical skills;
* The candidate should be able to work both as an individual contributor and a team player;
* The position requires the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented;
* Familiarity with Adobe products, both desktop and server, is a bonus.
