• Availability to work in shifts 24 h / day, 7 days / week;
• Monitor servers performance and availability;
• Performing administration, management and configuration tasks according to the work instructions;
• Provide metrics for capacity management purposes;
• Event Management (analyze alerts and logs);
• Incident handling;
• Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates;
• Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed;
• Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer’s administrators and SMEs in French language.
Compulsory skills:
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
• Technical background;
• Very good problem solving skills;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Ability to perform under pressure;
• Fast learner;
• Great communication skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Knowledge on at least one of ( Windows Server, Citrix, VMWare, Linux/ Unix, AIX, AS 400, Networking, DB (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) , SAN);
• Familiarity with network infrastructure;
• Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email servers, firewalls, databases, file shares and print servers;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
