RESPONSABILITATI

- Keeping and updating all the legal documents of DHL, including change in activity, share capital changes, various registration for BUH and elsewhere.
- Checking all company contracts for legal issues including supplier contracts, rental contracts and business contracts.
- Dealing with other legal issues and when arise
- Dealing with Law Office or any relevant legal issue brought to his attention by any senior manager.
- Give legal assistance to complaint office on customer’s claims.
- Support HR to meet labor legislation requirements.
- Read and analyse the new legislation acts that appeared to determine if they have relevance for DHL


CERINTE

- Higher education specialist - legal;
- Experience minimum 5 years - experience in private (SRL, preferably) is an advantage
- A good knowledge and experience in commercial application of law, labor and tax legislation;
- Excellent communication skills, concentration of power and capacity of synthesis;
- Good knowledge of PC operating.
- Good knowledge of English writing and speaking;
- Driving license category B
