Coordination of the EOS KSI’s partner lawyers and executors:
- Responsible for distributing the legal debt recovery cases to the lawyers / executors;
- Follow up the fulfillment of the legal collection activities in the assigned area, according to the internal collection procedures and system;
- Coordinate and sustain the designated partner lawyers/executors in order to achieve the established targets;
- Draw up periodical and/or ad-hoc reports related to his/her area.
Selection of the legal offices network when needed:
- Involved in the selection process of the lawyers and local executors;
- Screen potential offices;
- Negotiate contracts with selected candidates.
- University graduate (Law studies would be a plus);
- At least 2 years of working experience; must be familiar with the legal collection related procedures;
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Very organized, determined, problem solving and results oriented person;
- Computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Clean driving license (B category) and willing to travel.
