- Create and develop an efficient legal department
- Contribute to adequate commercial results of negotiations
- Prepare on time solid basis for decisions for the Company Management
- Provide risk analysis in important contracting
- Initiate and monitor the implementation of new legal developments
- Plan and consolidate headcount and budget for the whole department and external lawyers
- Compare actual budget to planned budget and provide forecasts
- Provide legal advice and support to the Management in all kind of legal areas and with respect to important projects
- Minimize legal risks on a company level
- Take decisions on the level of the Legal
- Ensure legal review of draft contracts and other legal documents
- Effectively negotiate in English implementation of new legal developments
- Monitor relevant industry specific legislation and inform pro-actively the company¿¿¿s Management
- Work closely together with the Management
- Select the adequate external lawyers for important tasks and projects
- Monitor external legal advisors on very important projects
-Minimum of 3 years of experience, either gained in a law firm or as an in-house legal advisor
- Relevant practice in a leading position
-Long term experience in troubleshooting and legal consulting on complex tasks
- Solid knowledge of commercial law
- Computer literacy - Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Excel
- Romanian Law degree
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of technical and commercial issues
- Pro-active, business (solution) oriented approach
- Excellent team player with strong leadership skills and proven coaching, mentoring and knowledge-transfer skills
- Advanced awareness of the business environment and good contacts in the business area.
