Multinational company is searching Legal Specialists to extend its Legal department. There are four (4) open positions for each of the below experience/ expertise levels:
- Senior Legal Counsel – 7 to 8 years worth of experience, being able to provide high quality legal advice and coordinate dedicated teams.
- Legal Counsel – 4 to 5 years worth of experience, able to provide high quality legal advice
- Junior Counsel – 1 to 3 years worth of experience, works under the guidance of a Senior Legal Counsel or a Legal Counsel with the aim to develop his/her knowledge and experience
Success criteria for the job:
- Excellent understanding of legal and business issues
- Contributes to adequate commercial results of negotiations (high contract values)
- Ability to fulfill tasks based on full individual responsibility
- Substantial individual responsibility in the accomplishment of his/her tasks
- Contributes to the increase of company value
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and excellent coordination with the other relevant departments
- Proactive and solutions oriented behavior
- Good team player abilities
- Very good communication abilities both in English and Romanian
