Our client is an Israeli real estate buyer, whose main activity is the acquisition, development and renovation of the projects and properties in the developed areas of Europe, especially Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
• Provides assistance when requested in respect to matters related to applicable
Romanian law
• Coordinates all the fines, claims and litigation with the local environment (communities, mayoralties, local agencies)
• Analyzes and provides opinion in respect to any contract, agreement, official letter and/ or other documents particularly when it might result in any form of legal liability for the Company
• Makes recommendations on any documents with the objective of ensuring that the documents comply with the relevant Romanian applicable law
• Represents the company’s interests whenever and wherever it is requested to do so in respect of dealing with Romanian statutory bodies and other authorities
• Clients (sub-contractors, syndicates etc. legal entities or persons)
Profile of the ideal candidate
• 4-5 years experience
• Would have a Law degree
• Excellent knowledge of trading companies law, fiscal legislation, labor legislation
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
• Serious
• Organized and methodical
• Negotiation skills
• Team player
