Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational area managers to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Review legal analyses and technical reports and make recommendations to senior management on how to respond to legal issues or proposed changes in laws and regulations.
Perform a variety of more complex or specialised legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect the organisation’s reputation and business interests and help ensure it complies with all relevant laws and regulations
