- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, explains contracts and other documents of the company, such as: decisions of the general meeting of the shareholders, lease agreements and renting offers, agency agreement, incorporation deeds, facility contracts, mortgage contracts, pledge contracts, service providers contracts, utilities contract, security agreements, cleaning agreement, etc.;
- Handles the development process including drafting due diligence reports over the company’s properties;
- Follows all legal steps for obtaining the necessary documentations of the Real Estate from the Land Registry, Trade Registry, City Council, Public Institutions, etc.;
- Interprets and applies the legal legislation in force;
- Monitors new legal developments within the business aspect;
- Arranges, participates and reports on client meetings as necessary;
- Represents the company’s interest towards third parties within the negotiation process;
- Provides daily legal assistance in the company’s projects;
- Works closely with the internal departments/divisions of the company to draft and review legal documentation;
- Collaborates and liaises with other in-house lawyers/legal consultants within the group.
- Law School Degree
- At least 2- 3 experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Commercial Law
- A sound understanding of Real Estate market
- Well- developed communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and structured mind, well- organized person
- Detail oriented, perseverant and ambitious
- English literacy
- Computer proficiency
