For one of our clients, a multinational company active in mining industry, we are looking for a Legal Assistant.
- Assists the Legal Manager in all administrative work;
- Organizes the Legal Department Archive (contracts, land files, legislation, court files, etc);
- Organizes, updates and operates the Legal Department legislation database;
- Maintains the relations with the Public Notary, clients, Trade Register.
- Minimum 1 year in the same position;
- University degree (Law degree is a plus);
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Communicative person, results and details oriented.
