Legal Assistant

She or he must have:
- Good theoretical (at least) knowledge in some fields: civil law (general terms, legal entities, obligations, contracts), commercial law (general terms, companies ¿ limited liability companies, commercial agreements at internal and international level as well ¿ INCOTERMS RULES; bankruptcy; payment instruments etc); trademarks and copyright legislation; transport legislation for goods (internal and international rules); construction works legislation; labor legislation; civil procedural law; few basic things on criminal law (not too much); administrative legislation;

- University Graduate (Law);
- 1 + Year Legal experience;
- Good English language;
- Dynamic and enthusiast person;
- Communication and negotiation abilities;
