RESPONSABILITATI

Provides support to the Legal team to enable the administration of government, international, and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, maintaining associated documentation, advising on contract risk and issues, and other duties as may be assigned.
Key responsibilities:
- Advisory on contract risks/issues, contract implementation, contract compliance;
- Review from the legal point of view the civil contracts with the suppliers of the Company, including but not limited to marketing, IT, administration/workplace;
- Issue legal opinions on various corporate and contracting matters;
- Identify contractual risks and propose solutions to mitigate and/ or disposal them;
- Update on a weekly basis the legal repository;
- Managing the corporate matters of the company such as: submitting various requests to the Trade Register, maintaining the communications with the Company’s translation supplier and with the Public Notary, drawing-up the Board resolutions, articles of association, Share Purchase agreements, rent agreements;
- Cooperation with local and/ or international project teams to support contract and subcontract compliance;
- May generate reports required to monitor contract compliance;
- Assists in identifying contractual issues and proposing solutions for approval;
- Provides negotiation support of commercial contracts with third parties as required;
- Independently works at smaller engagements and/or works within team at a large, complex engagements;


CERINTE

Senior Lawyers for our office in Bucharest who:
- Have 4 years of work experience in one of the following fields: corporate and contracting.
- Have good knowledge of corporate & commercial law;
- have availability to travel – travel as required, trainings provided abroad
- Have an excellent command of professional English (secondary foreign language and relevant work experience would be a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized;
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Display business drive, team spirit, passion, ambition and initiative;
- Have an open professional mind;
