- Offers support to the legal department in formulating replies to the employee petitions addressed to Corporate HR and/or CEO
- Participates actively to and represents the company at Branch and Group of Companies’ level collective labor agreement negotiations
- Participates actively at the negotiation of the company Collective Labor Agreement
- Participates to reunions and projects of Foreign Investors Council or other similar bodies on HR relevant topics
- Revises from a legal point of view the standardized HR procedures and policies together with legal department
- Informs management and other departments on legal labour relation stipulation and requirements (Labour Code, Collective Labour Agreement, Unions , EU and Romanian labour legislation)
- Works within the company’s general organization regulations and proposes solution and options according to business requirements and legislation provisions
- Participates on updating of Internal Regulation (ROI), Organization and Operation Regulation (ROF) and of other regulation and procedures together with HR Strategy Services department
- Actively participates on projects related to Company Collective Labour Agreement, Branch Level Collective Labour Agreement and Group of Companies Collective Labour Agreement, Union issues
- Keep in touch with Labour Authorities related to projects with impact on labour relations
- 5 to 10 years experience in legal field, preferably handling labor law issues
- University degree, law specialization would be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with union representatives
- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with computerized information systems and personal computing applications
- Customer service skills, with excellent written and oral communication working with a highly diverse population
- Ability to interact in confidence and retain confidential information
- Experience in communicating complex issues in written and oral forms
- Very good English communications abilities
- Structured, logical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle the resolution of complex interpersonal problems in a fair and objective manner
