-Administrates (receives, analyses, investigates, instructs the appropiate measures to be taken, drafts, signs and sends the answers to the enforcement officers, state creditors)the garnishments and and summons cases under budgetary and court claims for individual customers;
-Assists the ING Office Managers, from legal point of view, in setting up the business;
-Elaborates, verifies, reviews and offers further legal advise, when nedeed, for the ING Office network and Retail Sales Management department for various legal contracts: service supply contract, rental contracts, labour contracts, service provider agreements;
-Legal academic background;
-Relevant experience in the field; minimum 2 years eperience in the legal field, preferably in a similarbusiness enviroment;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Open to new approaches;
