Our client is a consultancy and management company, part of one of the biggest holdings acting in the railway transport domain and other services connected to this area.

Job Description
- Draft and review complex legal documents / agreements on various matters, ensuring that these are legally sound and/or to ensure that the organization's interests are safeguarded.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field relevant to the organization, including reviewing and reporting on the implications of any new legislation.
- Carry out research and prepare reports on any legally complex issues to ensure that the organization has full information about the legal implications of any decisions.
- Supervise the work of legal executives to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Represent the organization at meetings with external bodies on specific topics to ensure that the legal aspects of any decisions are fully considered.
- Providing commercial and transactional support for the Group/Corporate office and its subsidiaries and advising on minimizing legal risks.
- Coordination and control of all assignment to external legal firms including optimization of the overall legal expenses.
- Following up development of new legislation and advising the management on its implementation.


CERINTE

- At least 5 years' successful corporate and commercial legal experience at a major firm or in the legal department of a large conglomerate company. Specifically experienced in corporate and commercial law, contract law, and contractual disputes.
- Legal academic background;
- Relevant experience in the field (minimum 4 years experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar business environment);
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Interested in self-development;
- Constructively approach to problems;
- Open to new approaches;
- Independence and initiative.
