- Provides legal consultancy to all departments;
- Provides legal analysis of complex contractual, regulatory, and intellectual property issues associated with contractual arrangements, and assists internal contractors with associated legal issues;
- Designs and reviews various contracts and document formats; checks and maintains an evidence of the contracts concluded with the Company partners, dealers etc;
- Draws up changes occurred inside the company (statutory documents) and registers them at the Trade Register Office;
- Negotiates specific contractual issues and agreements with external entities as appropriate;
- Assists and represents the Company in front of the Romanian courts and other entities.
- Law University degree;
- Previous work experience in the legal field would be an advantage;
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication and team orientation skills;
- Reliable, self-confident and accurate person, with high sense of responsibility and integrity.
