RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides in-house legal assistance to the assigned departments; offers support in the negotiation of legal terms and in the conclusion of complex contracts
- Drafts legal documents related mainly to commercial matters
- Works transversally to provide legal support (identify licenses, authorizations, other law requirements to be obtained) in the development of projects with impact at company level
- Ensures that relevant business areas conduct their business in accordance with all applicable laws and procedures, by providing professional legal advice on a variety of matters
- Keeps abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Participates in negotiations and in closing transactions, drafts and checks commercial agreements
- Represents the company in front of local authorities/regulatory bodies (Competition Council, telecom regulator, consumer protection authority, any authority having an impact on the company’s activity)
- Proposes & provides reports on legal environment to Legal Coordinator


CERINTE

- Law University graduate
- At least 5 years of relevant previous experience in commercial law
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal framework in consumer & personal data protection and intellectual property domains with a relevant experience of at least 1 year;
- Previous experience in telecom industry is a plus
