-Provides legal advice on any legal issues related to Mortgage & Home Equity loan - mainly daily support;
-Studies property documents for mortgage loan files, as requested by Credit Risk, Retail Credit Line, Retail Sales Management;
-Participates into Mortgage & Home Equity Loan review process (advises on processes, procedures and product manual);
-Draws up powers of attorney for both Offices and Branches for concluding mortgage agreements on Bank s behalf ;
-Ensures contact with notaries public and other related authorities;
-Informs the management with regard to significant changes in the banking regulations related to the loans granting activity and supports management in implementing such changes;
-Elaborates legal opinions with regard to specific retail banking issues;
-Provides support and informs about any new laws/ CSA regulations related with all insurance products attached to the Bank s loans;
-Final advice regarding non-business contracts;
-Draws up any addendums to loan contracts, conventions and power of attorneys for restructured loans;
-Legal academic background;
-Relevant experience in the field (minimum 4 years experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar business environment);
-Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Self-motivated;
-Interested in self-development;
-Constructively approach to problems;
-Open to new approaches;
-Independence and initiative.
