Initially, your work will be based around supporting a team as they work for a wide variety of clients. Much of the work includes checking and ensuring compliance with various regulations in company’s day to day business activities. This may involve supporting clients through various phases from merger integration or other transactions to helping under-performing companies get their businesses back on track.
- Drafting various contracts
- Work to help companies achieving their business objectives observing the numerous recent regulations, with careful consideration being given to any applicable specific regulations (e.g.: employment contracts, credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions, insurance firms, investment and pension management firms, etc.)
- Liaise with actual and potential clients at a technical level

- Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English – advanced level
- University graduated or final year student preferably in Law
- Previous experience within a law office would be an advantage
- Ability to observe dead-lines and to perform work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a professional environment and with a strong team work spirit
