•Preparing and reviewing of statutory and corporate documents;
• Working out / reviewing of commercial and other agreements;
• Providing legal advice on commercial matters and other issues;
• Advising of local management on labor law issues;
• Assessing and evaluating legal risks with potential impact on Company’s operations;
• Advising of local management on legal matters on a day-to-day basis;
• Legal representation of the Company’s interests with third parties, authorities and institutions.
• Bachelor of law;
• Excellent knowledge of commercial, civil and labor legislation;
• Initiative and problem-solving skills;
• Very good organizational skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position;
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
