The main responsibilities of the future emploee will consist of offering specialized support to other departments inside the organization, following up and constantly analyzing the evolution of the legislative environment at national and international scale and least but, not last analyzing and offering solutions for issues from a juridical perspective.
The ideal candidate for the LEGAL ADVISOR position should have strong knowledge of administrative law, competition law, community law, civil law and commercial law, as well as grate capacity of understanding the basics of economical and technical dimension of the electronic communication domain. Being able to offer consultancy to the other departments of the organization is essential.
Finalized studies in Law with bachelor¿s degree represent a compulsory criterion.
PC operating skills and excellent command of English also are considered a must!
