- Legal monitoring of the Company’s activity;
- Countersign documents implying company’s patrimonial liability as well as any other juridical documents.
- Responsible for keeping and updating of company’s legal documents
- Responsible for personnel data base updating.
- Responsible for activity of protection the classified information.
- Represents the company in front of different authorities and public institutions; (City Hall, Register of Commerce, Attorneys, Public Notary, Romanian Office for Immigration);
- Drafts and revises contracts the Company gets in locally;
- Accomplishes any legal task, based on the requests of the Company’s Management, in accordance with the job description and with the provisions of the Company’s Procedures;
- Collaborates with all the departments in the Company in order to improve the business;
- Ensures timely and precisely delivery of work;
- Applies the legal requirements in the Company day-to-day activity
-Provide to company management the juridical consultancy on any juridical problem which implies company’s activity and its employees;
- Countersigned contract concluded with company’s suppliers and clients, as well as any document which may entail the patrimonial liability
- Keeps, in original, the company legal documents and contracts concluded with company’s business partners.
- Prepares the necessary documents and follows up the registration in Trade Registry and other institutions, after case;
- Romanian legislation – very good knowledge
- PC – MS Office
- Good knowledge of Civil and Commercial law;
- Excellent English both written and spoken;

University degree – juridical field
