- To draw-up, check and supervise different agreements or acts concluded by Private Banking Department at HO level, ensuring that such documents will be concluded with the observance of the legal provisions in force;
- To provide legal support for Private Banking Department;
- To prepare, upon request, Private Banking internal rules and regulations as well as legal opinions;
- To accomplish any legal task, based on the requests of the Director of Private Banking Department;
- University degree in Law;
- Minimum 1 year legal banking experience;
Required competencies:
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Banking legislation knowledge;
- Hard working, detail oriented;
- Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
- Very good knowledge of the English language;
- Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point.
