University degree in law.
Member of the Bar Association or legal adviser.
Very good communication, drafting and analytical skills;
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Relevant experience in drafting and review of contracts
Good knowledge of English language;
Proven time management skills, drive for results and problems solving capabilities;
Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team
Offers legal advise to internal departments and companies in our group;
Reviews and draft a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts (distribution and sales, franchise, real estate, financing, licenses agreements, supply agreements )
Collaborates with all the departments in order to improve the business.
Follow up outstanding matters/issues and ensure timely delivery of work;
Make recommendations involving legal matters.
