Review drafts for general commercial contracts (including tenders, confidentiality, service, collaboration, distribution and licence agreements) regulations, orders, internal standards and methodologies from the legal point of view;
Provides internal legal assistance to both company management and internal clients;
Drafts contracts, agreements and other legal documents and participates in negotiations if needed;
Represents the company in relations with other legal authorities.
University Degree - Legal;
Flexible approach to work, ability to motivate and communicate with colleagues at all levels;
Strong ethical principles, diplomacy and confidentiality
At least 3 years experience in similar position;
Good PC Skills (MS Office);
Fluency in English is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills and team player;
Good sense of humour.
