Subordinated to the Legal Manager, he/she will provide support and advice on legal topics.
- Implements all forms, procedures and policies relating to the companies on legal matters.
- Negotiates and prepares all contracts in both Romanian and English language.
- Assists the business units in the process of contracting by drafting, revising and adjusting the legal documents in order to ensure the best representation of company’s interest;
- Provides support for all departments, advising on norms and regulations;
- Assists decision-making process on all legal issues.
- Permanent review of the regulatory and commercial materials and the legislation and the implications of all changes over the organization.
- Monitors the relation with the external law firms and their work;
- Optimizes the costs of legal-related issues
- Very good knowledge of International Commercial Law, IP Law, IT Law;
- Fluent in English (German will be an advantage);
- Min. 1 year practice
- Ability to work in an international environment
- PC literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Capacity to organize, analyze and summarize the information
- Attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines
