Drawing up of agreement drafts and/or drafts of other legal documents related to the bank activity;
Legal assistance granted to the compartments in the bank;
Consultancy upon the agreements and business the bank concluded;
Consultancy upon crediting activity (credit agreements, securities agreements, assuring of their opposability);
Drawing up of additional documents to the bank constitutive document, based upon the decisions taken by the Shareholders General Meeting;
Mentions registrations with the Trade Register;
Representation in front of legal courts.
University degree (Law Faculty),
Very good knowledge of English language (writing, reading, speaking),
Minimum 2 years experience with commercial agreements;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
