For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the furniture field , we are looking for a Legal Adviser.
- Supports the business by providing creative value-adding legal advice on a variety of matters;
- Liaising with internal customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation involved by the business in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and employment law;
- Reviews a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts.
- Bachelor degree in law;
- 3 years of relevant experience;
- Thorough knowledge of corporate and commercial law;
- Very good drafting and negotiation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Fluency in French would be an advantage.
